1. Control the raw material

The material used for the aluminum casting is from 40% Aluminum Ingot + 50% Aluminum scrap + 10% others.

2. Manufacturing process

Step 1

Make the pattern.

Step 2

Appoint human resource take in charge of manufacture.

Step 3

Make the sand molding by applying the semi-automatic green sand technique.

Step 4

Create the mold cavity and pour the molten aluminum. The melting point of aluminum is at 660,3 °C.

Step 5

After pouring step, wait 2 hours for cooling. Once the temperature of casting is at 40°C, collect the casting.

Step 6

Clean the remaining sand in the casting.

Step 7

Surface treatment upon request.

Quality checking

Packing and delivery
