Vietnam Cast Iron Co. Ltd. hereinafter is referred to as “the Company”. Our customer hereinafter is referred to as “the Buyer”.
The Terms & Conditions shall govern all sales and quote transactions. It may only be changed by authorities of the Company and any adjustments must be documented in writing.
Please read carefully the following terms before the purchase. If there is no question, the Company shall understand that the Buyer agrees with all of our Terms & Conditions.
PRICING
The Company will provide quotations upon customer’s requests. If you are interested in any of our products, simply leave a message or contact us, we will catch you immediately. We commit to being transparent and faithful in every deal.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
It will be assumed that the Customer has accepted the Company’s Terms & Conditions when a purchase order is submitted. An order is accepted when there are agreement and confirmation from both sides.
PAYMENT
Once a purchase order is confirmed by both the Buyer and the Company, the buyer is requested to pay 50% of the total order value in advance. The Company will start production when received the pre-payment.
The remaining amount has to pay within 7 days counted from the date when the cargo leaves the port/airport (according to the B/L date). For late payment, the interest will be charged based on the bank’s current interest rate (decided by the Company).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The shipping method is chosen based on customer’s requests and in accordance with the conditions. All expected delivery dates provided by the Company are estimates. The time of a shipping depends on the geographical location, legal procedures, and unpredictable risks.
CLAIM AS QUALITY
The Vietnam Cast Iron guarantees the quality for our product.
Within 20 days counted from the date when the Buyer receives the good, if there are any mistakes relating to the Company manufacturing process, we shall take responsibility for the issue with the condition is that the Buyer can provide reasonable clues/demonstration about the Company’s faults.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Dispute resolution refers to all processes that are used to resolve disputes (if there are any) between the Company and the Buyer.
The Company and the Buyer agree to attempt initially to solve all claims, disputes, or controversies arising under, by conducting good faith negotiations.
If the Company and the Buyer are unable to settle the matter between themselves, the matter shall thereafter be resolved by alternative dispute resolution, starting with mediation and including, if necessary, by litigation.
